We are happy to exchange and refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items.
Please use our contact form to advise us that you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund. This way we will know to expect your parcel and speed up the process.
All orders placed on the website will be accompanied by a returns card.
If you wish to exchange/return your order please fill in all of the required information
on your Returns Card and return it to the stated address.
We must receive all returns/exchanges of items within 21 days of your order being shipped.
All tags must be intact for the return/exchange to be processed.
All items must be returned in the condition they were received.

Hey Joe Clothing Ltd will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used or have garment tags removed.
Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's card for the sum minus the postage costs.
Hey Joe Clothing Ltd will not offer a refund on returned items that are lost or damaged in the post.
We strongly recommend that items are returned using registered post and that you keep your proof of posting receipt.
Hey Joe Clothing Ltd will only reimburse postage costs in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect supply of goods.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Returning any item ordered from Hey Joe Clothing Ltd within 21 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order).
Items are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 21 day post-delivery period has expired.
On receipt of the returned goods Hey Joe Clothing Ltd will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required.
You must however, return the goods to Hey Joe Clothing Ltd in order to receive a full refund or exchange.
When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our Terms and Conditions.
